CT done... nothing in the abdomen, but they saw a little something in the left lung. Chest xray revealed a small amount of pneumonia. ER Doc said he probably would have missed it on chest xray alone, it was so small. They'll load her up with some antibiotics via IV and give her some to take home. Good thing we came in. It could have gotten much worse. Should go away in the next couple of days. Thanks to all who were up and able to pray for Amy. Keep praying. She'll still be recovering for the next few days. I've deleted the other posts to make room for the previous posts, but here's the first part of the story. Amy had felt pretty sick the few days before Christmas. She had a fever and some abdominal pain.
Update: She's feeling a lot better. Still doesn't have much energy, but the fever and abdominal pain is gone. She's coughing a bit. We're waiting for that to become really productive. She's taking an antibiotic and some over the counter meds to help. Keep us in your prayers.
