Good Afternoon and Merry Christmas to you all!
I just came back from working in the free store at Trinity Church. I helped check families in and also helped wrap up Christmas gifts for the children. It was such a blessing to work side-by-side with some church members who donated to purchase the gifts.
Tonight we will have a missionary friend, Frannie, stay with us and we will take her to the airport in New Orleans early tomorrow morning. The Prince Family will join us for Christmas along with Miss Joan, a church member. We are excited to share our home with them.
My family arrives the day after Christmas so I'm hoping to have a clean home so I can relax and enjoy our time with them. (See my mom and dad below)
Please pray for Phil right now. His old back injury is flaring again and he is in a lot of pain. Please join us in praying that God will heal him from this pain and that it will never return. God's using him in mighty ways with the teams that volunteer and the home sites he is working at. We're praying for him to be healthy. Thank you!
We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas, safe travels to wherever you might journey, and are filled with the love of Christ this holiday season.
Blessings,
Amy and Phil
